Team Support

This past week our team taught the class how to effectively enhance visual elements using HATS: headings, art, typography & spacing. The main point I took away from putting this presentation together, was to "think visually, not just textually."
Sometimes it's the picture that conveys the message the best.

Here was some of the feedback I received- good & bad...
-good energy
-good use of slides
-great eye contact
-clumping when not presenting...we were told the best place to stand is to the left of the screen. Note taken. We'll definitely change this for next time.
-great team support...props to Trent keeping us right at the 7 min mark!
-smooth remote pass off...good job team (:
-nice use of gestures
-agenda had distracting color...we chose a lime green but for next time we'll keep colors within same theme & consistent throughout
-smooth transitions

Whenever I perform, whether it's in dance or in school, I love being critiqued. Not only is it helpful to receive validation for what you're doing is right, but its also helpful to take note of habits you need to break. I have things to improve for next time. And with these notes, I will continue to get better and better.
